Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily authorization operations ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Collaborate with offshore teams to enhance workflow coordination and quality outcomes
• Monitor authorization requests and escalate unresolved cases to prevent delays and revenue loss

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare operations experience
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle or authorization experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations
• Experience managing authorization operations in large healthcare environments
• Advanced experience with athenaOne and operational process improvement initiatives
