Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Medical Specialist - Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance verification
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and other departments to resolve patient issues and concerns

Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
  • Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8gb of Ram
  • Webcam, Noise Cancelling headset, 30mbps internet speed or above, and dedicated place at home for work
