Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Medicare STARS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse Medicare STARS performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Lead forecasting of STARS ratings using historical data and predictive modelling
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive action plans based on performance data

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Medicare Advantage setting, with 2 years focused on STARS performance management
• Strong understanding of CMS STARS methodology, including HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS
• Experience with forecasting STARS performance using data models and predictive analytics
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
