Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Member Support - Inbound Services representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist inbound callers, including existing members and providers, with inquiries related to Medicaid/Medicare services
  • Handle call types such as eligibility, plan partner information, ID card requests, and assistance with various Medicaid services
  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing diverse inquiries from callers


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Must have a personal computer (no tablets) and a wired internet connection
  • Windows 11 operating system is required
  • Must possess a wired USB headset with a microphone
  • Must be able to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space during all working hours
  • Must pass a criminal background check
