A company is looking for a Monitoring and Compliance Lead, Healthcare Innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the implementation and monitoring of federal health programs
• Direct large-scale implementation and monitoring projects, ensuring alignment with federal requirements
• Lead proposal development for monitoring and operational oversight, cultivating relationships with federal clients

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Economics, Health Services Research, or related field with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 11 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience on complex implementation or evaluation projects
• Direct experience with CMS implementation, monitoring, or operational support
• Proven track record of contributing to new business with CMS or HHS agencies
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare payment policy and experience with Medicare or Medicaid claims
