Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Navigator to provide specialized service and guidance to members in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for members, resolving issues and navigating optimal care
• Deliver concierge-level guidance on benefit plans and advocate for members
• Establish rapport with members and become an expert in benefit administration and healthcare solutions

Required Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience in client-focused solutions and direct member contact
• Advanced soft skills and high emotional intelligence
• Healthcare industry work experience is a plus but not required
