Healthcare Network Development Coordinator

Job Summary

Building and expanding a national clinical network, the remote Medical Education - Network Development Coordinator will engage and develop partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations to support clinical education programs, while managing a strategic recruitment pipeline and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites through various outreach methods
• Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness, meeting performance expectations
• Educate potential partners on the value of collaboration with AMO and guide them through the onboarding process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes and healthcare documentation
• Experience managing CRM-based recruitment pipelines, preferably with HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment
