Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare & Clinical Sr Occupancy Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations
• Produce sophisticated drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
• Manage occupancy data and prepare forecasts on space planning trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strategic experience in occupancy planning for healthcare and clinical facilities
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and proficiency with CAFM/IWMS programs
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to address complex problems
