Healthcare Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIH Operations Analyst responsible for supporting Health Information Handler and Electronic Health Record operational workflows through data analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and analyze operational reports to identify trends and risks
• Manage medical record retrieval activities and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with vendors and providers to address operational inquiries and support workflow needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business, analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, or Risk Adjustment Retrieval
• Experience coordinating or analyzing vendor performance and operational workflows
• Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables and data modeling
• Familiarity with health information systems and risk adjustment processes preferred
