Job Summary

Seeking a high-impact operational leadership role, the remote Contract Healthcare Operations Command Lead will coordinate the launch of the "Ask Hoag" service, ensuring operational readiness, monitoring service activity, and managing risk during critical phases of deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Master the end-to-end service model and support the establishment of the operational command structure
• Monitor real-time service activity and coordinate incident escalation to maintain service-level expectations
• Assess operational capacity and manage seamless shift handoffs during staged growth and scaling

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading clinical command centers or major healthcare IT go-lives
• Exceptional ability to monitor real-time data and orchestrate cross-functional teams under pressure
• Strong communication and documentation skills for risk tracking and executive signaling
• Experience with complex digital health service launches
• Ability to provide data-driven operational input regarding staffing and scaling constraints
