Job Summary
Leading the operational strategy and governance of the Compliance Modernization Platform, the full-time remote Healthcare Operations Compliance Leader will ensure regulatory requirements are effectively integrated into business processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, governance, and performance of the Compliance Modernization Platform
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable initiatives
- Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards to measure compliance and operational performance
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare Operations
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance
- Proven track record in managing operational strategies and governance
- Experience with regulatory intake and impact assessments
- Strong background in driving process improvements and platform enhancements
