Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations I (Healthcare RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities to ensure financial and operational success in the assigned region
• Achieve financial objectives and contribute to business development efforts
• Oversee employee evaluations and ensure continuous improvement in operational processes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA), or related field
• Three years of experience in the hospital revenue cycle management industry
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading at least 10 people
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with a proven ability to create change
