Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full P&L responsibility for the region, driving budget performance and maximizing patient and client impact
• Champion operational excellence, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across health centers while addressing concerns proactively
• Lead, develop, and engage clinical teammates, aligning team goals with broader organizational initiatives and ensuring effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a comparable industry
• Proven track record of developing and building high-performing teams
• Experience with full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in value-based healthcare or population health management is preferred
