Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Ancillary Services Implementation and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site selection, real estate strategy, and oversee the full development lifecycle for new cardiology operations
• Develop and deploy advanced imaging capabilities and manage vendor relationships across modalities
• Serve as the primary project lead for site delivery, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational readiness

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, real estate development, or outpatient facility development
• Proven experience leading end-to-end development projects from site selection through operational launch
• Experience with imaging modalities (e.g., PET/CT, SPECT) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments, including licensing and compliance frameworks
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and capital planning
