Healthcare Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations II (Healthcare RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities to ensure financial and operational success for the assigned line of business
• Oversee team performance and contribute to business development to enhance market share
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate continuous improvement of operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA) or related field
• Three years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading at least 10 employees
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams through change
