Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director or Vice President of Affiliate Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new affiliated practices and ensure smooth operational integration
• Partner with practices to improve performance and track metrics using defined KPIs
• Drive adoption of company services and monitor their performance and ROI

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations or practice management
• Experience working with physician practices or provider organizations
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including revenue cycle
• Experience in a multi-site healthcare organization or similar environment
• Familiarity with value-based care models and care management programs
