Healthcare Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategic and operational oversight of outpatient imaging sites, the full-time remote Sr. Practice Director will manage approximately 300 team members, drive operational performance, and ensure exceptional patient and physician satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient imaging sites and call center operations to meet quality, productivity, and financial goals
• Manage and develop Clinical Managers and Supervisors while driving workflow optimization and resource utilization
• Collaborate with physicians and technology teams to enhance clinical operations and implement innovative service offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience
• Proven success in leading large teams and managing performance
• Strong operational and financial management experience with a focus on process improvement
• Advanced knowledge of radiology operations, RIS/PACS systems, and healthcare regulations
