Healthcare Operations Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operations to lead and enhance clinical operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily and long-term operations to meet volume, access, quality, and financial goals
• Translate strategic direction into operational plans, including scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations
• Drive execution on cross-functional initiatives to ensure teams meet their targets on time

Qualifications

• 12+ years of operations leadership in healthcare, particularly in fee-for-service primary care
• Proven track record in delivering operational and financial results in multi-site environments
• Experience in scheduling optimization, throughput improvement, and workflow redesign
• Hands-on experience with operational models and proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
• Experience presenting to executive teams and Boards
