Healthcare Operations Executive

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Executive, the full-time remote VP of Care Management & Navigation will design and launch a new healthcare offering focused on Care Coordination and Benefits Navigation, building operational models, staffing, and technology infrastructure from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end operating model for care coordination and navigation services
• Build operational infrastructure including playbooks, SOPs, and performance measurement systems
• Establish staffing and capacity models, hiring and training the initial team for the new offering

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience with ownership of care coordination or population health programs
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and D-SNP populations
• Proven experience in building or scaling healthcare service operations from the ground up
• Expertise in developing workflows, staffing models, and performance metrics
• Ability to engage members effectively in a health-plan or care-coordination context
