Job Summary

Providing lead-level non-clinical healthcare services support, the full-time Healthcare Operations Lead will assist in training staff, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with operational guidelines while collaborating with leadership to enhance member care outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Train and evaluate healthcare services department staff, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Resolve operational issues and complaints, maintaining communication with leadership for effective resolution
  • Monitor staff workload and participate in auditing programs to improve quality and compliance
Required qualifications
  • At least 4 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, preferably in a managed care setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
