Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Rural and Appalachian Healthcare Extension Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies and efficiencies for the Rural and Appalachian Healthcare Extension
• Oversee relationships with strategic planning, marketing, and research while supervising administrative support
• Coordinate reporting, budget support, and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Two years of progressive healthcare experience required
• Experience working with Rural/Appalachian communities and building relationships with community partners
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification and project management experience
• Ability to manage operations and supervise a team effectively
