Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Healthcare Operations Manager will oversee medical record retrieval processes and support the External Audit Program while working remotely within the U.S., with occasional travel required to a Devoted office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate chart retrieval efforts across various methods and initiatives
• Manage and analyze performance metrics and dashboards to drive actionable insights and improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and improve processes for record retrieval and provider attestations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare operations management, particularly in audit preparation and medical record retrieval
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
• Experience managing performance metrics and dashboards for continuous improvement
• Effective project management skills with experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in various EHR systems and healthcare data management platforms
