Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the daily operations of the SDI department, the full-time SDI Operations Manager will oversee multiple vendors, guide staff in their responsibilities, and implement process improvements while working remotely within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and mentoring new employees
• Monitor and review SDI reporting, staff productivity, and conduct annual evaluations
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute
• Minimum of 3 years of management-level experience in a healthcare environment; 5 years preferred
