Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operational workflows, the full-time remote Manager, Market Performance will drive value-based care results by managing member outreach, gap closure, and provider scheduling initiatives while coaching a team to achieve operational milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes market operations and member utilization to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and shifting to preventative care
• Ensures timely and accurate execution of daily market operations, including hospital discharge follow-ups and HEDIS outreach
• Monitors team performance against KPIs, identifies workflow bottlenecks, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement tactical fixes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a related service-oriented field
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing people or significant functional workstreams
• Familiarity with healthcare metrics and their impact on market success
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges and enhance team efficiency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
