Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time salaried capacity, the Healthcare Operations Manager will oversee operations activities including claims processing and provider services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees performance and financial results of designated operational units
• Acts as the primary point of contact for operational matters and achievement of service level agreements
• Hires, trains, and manages the team while ensuring accountability for performance and departmental goals

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of healthcare operations or claims/provider services experience
• A minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace plans
• Experience in a large claims processing environment with multi-functional work units
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
