Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance physician operations and clinical innovation, the remote Physician Liaison and Onboarding Manager will manage administrative activities, foster strong physician relationships, and lead cross-functional projects while ensuring effective communication and alignment across clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives to support physician operations and clinical governance
• Manage physician onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects, monitoring timelines and performance outcomes to achieve organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare administration, physician operations, or clinical operations
• Experience supporting physician leadership and cross-functional healthcare initiatives preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems
