Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support operational excellence in healthcare, the full-time remote Practice Operations Manager will manage implementation project execution, oversee performance reporting infrastructure, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across clinical pillars without direct practice engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new practices, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs
• Compile and review reports from CRM for accuracy, identifying data discrepancies before provider-facing delivery
• Facilitate internal meetings to address operational barriers and ensure coordinated service delivery across teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, implementation management, or healthcare consulting
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and data/reporting tools
• Experience working with health systems or healthcare provider organizations
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
