Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop team to meet account-specific and organizational performance indicators
- Monitor employee performance and manage coaching, recognition, and reviews
- Handle escalated customer issues and promote teamwork within the organization
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center, including 12 months in a supervisory role
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficiency with relevant technology and software applications
- Ability to lead and develop teams towards improved performance
