Key responsibilities

• Supervises healthcare services operations support team members, focusing on care review and management
• Researches and analyzes departmental workflows, providing improvement suggestions and assisting with implementation
• Conducts performance checks and provides feedback to staff regarding productivity and quality assurance

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, preferably in a managed care setting
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
