Healthcare Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Combining clinical support and staff leadership, the hybrid Lead Processing Operations Supervisor will supervise clinic staff, perform clinical duties, and review medical evaluation reports while working both on-site and remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and support clinic staff while assisting with daily operations
• Perform clinical duties, including patient intake, EKGs, blood draws, and exam room preparation
• Review and process medical evaluation reports for accuracy and completeness

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred
• Experience with EMR systems; PFT experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
