Job Summary

Driving growth and community impact, the full-time remote Healthcare Operations Supervisor will manage technician hiring and development, oversee operational performance, and ensure quality standards for in-home care services in South Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technician hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews while providing real-time coaching through field shadowing
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the execution of Belle's care model and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and support scheduling optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience managing a field-based or remote team, ideally in healthcare or service industries
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and action-oriented
• Resides in South Georgia and able to travel locally to support Community Health Workers in the field (15-25% expected)
