Healthcare Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support healthcare audit client inventory activities, the remote Healthcare Operations Support Specialist will monitor reports, respond to client inquiries, and manage claim re-pricing while contributing to operational and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors internal and external reports and takes specific actions based on the information
• Responds to client correspondence and email requests for information
• Re-prices claims using client contracts and systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Some college, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Healthcare data analysis experience including gathering and documenting requirements for projects is a plus
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
