Healthcare Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare audit client inventory activities, the part-time Healthcare Operations Support Specialist will monitor reports, respond to client inquiries, and re-price claims using client contracts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external reports and take specific actions based on the information
• Respond to client correspondence and email requests for information
• Create, document, and modify processes for new and existing clients as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required; some college or a degree is preferred
• Healthcare data analysis experience is a plus
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong technical skills are desired
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
