Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Operations responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational functions and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflows within call center and clinical operations to ensure efficiency
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement organizational goals and strategies
• Manage operational projects to support growth, client retention, and cost reduction initiatives

Required Qualifications and Education

• At least 3 years of healthcare operational leadership experience, including call center management
• At least 1 year of strategic leadership experience, ideally in product development/management
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; MBA is highly desirable
• Knowledge of mental health care benefits and insurance
• Experience with various technology platforms in the healthcare field is highly desirable
