Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide initiatives for strategic workforce planning and optimize provider staffing models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align staffing models with patient volume trends and quality benchmarks
• Oversee provider lifecycle management, including recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in ambulatory or multi-specialty environments
• Proven track record in strategic provider workforce management and performance improvement
• Familiarity with EPIC, workforce planning tools, and healthcare regulatory standards
