Healthcare Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

Healthcare Outreach Specialist, a full-time remote position, is responsible for engaging with seniors and dual-eligible patients primarily through phone outreach to schedule initial visits with care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach to educate patients about services
• Monitor and respond to inbound calls and SMS from interested patients
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of outreach activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, direct marketing, or customer service
• Ability to build trust and rapport with seniors and other patients
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends if needed
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
