Job Summary

Leading post-sale success for strategic healthcare partners, the full-time Healthcare Partner Solutions Lead will manage implementation, adoption, and retention efforts remotely, ensuring seamless integration of the platform into daily workflows while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Own partner success after the sale by leading onboarding, implementation, and long-term retention efforts
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, building relationships with executive sponsors and operational leaders
  • Drive adoption and measurable outcomes by integrating the platform into daily workflows and achieving operational goals
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years leading implementations or post-sale delivery for healthcare technology or SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with healthcare providers and a strong understanding of ambulatory practice workflows
  • Cardiology experience is required; oncology experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and drive customer success
  • Familiarity with ambulatory EHR platforms such as athenaOne, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks
