Job Summary

To build and continuously refresh a qualified pipeline of new healthcare data partners, the full-time remote Healthcare Partnerships BDR will identify organizations with valuable datasets, support the development of a segmentation framework, and engage in outbound prospecting efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of prospective healthcare data partners across key modalities and market segments
• Map the market to identify data holders, strategic contacts, and other high-leverage sourcing paths
• Run first-touch discovery conversations to evaluate dataset quality and commercial flexibility

Required qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or outbound sourcing, ideally within healthcare
• Strong research, prospecting, and qualification skills
• Ability to engage credibly with external stakeholders about data assets and commercialization opportunities
• Highly organized and metrics-oriented with a disciplined approach to pipeline management
• Familiarity with healthcare data, partnerships, or AI data ecosystems is preferred
