Healthcare Partnerships Director

Job Summary

Focusing on building and expanding partnerships, the full-time Senior Director of Healthcare Partnerships will drive new collaborations with healthcare employers to achieve over $5M in total contract value annually, while working remotely and collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead outreach efforts to generate qualified meetings with healthcare employers and manage external partnerships
• Develop and maintain sales materials, capturing insights to inform partnership strategies and improve conversion rates
• Iterate on financial models and pricing structures to communicate ROI and workforce impact for employers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Knowledge of healthcare education pathways, particularly in nursing and allied health
• Proven experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize outreach campaigns
• Strong project management skills with experience working cross-functionally
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over results
