Healthcare Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion of healthcare partnerships, the full-time Healthcare Partnerships Manager will develop executive-level relationships with healthcare organizations, identify workforce challenges, and drive revenue growth through customized education and workforce solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations to generate new partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Identify workforce gaps and align solutions to organizational priorities, including recruitment and retention initiatives
• Generate new partnership opportunities by leading discovery meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and facilitating negotiations for partnership agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5-7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, or healthcare relationship management
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing partnerships within healthcare systems
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing long consultative sales cycles and influencing multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
