Healthcare Payer Product Consultant
Job Summary
Driving the discovery, design, and optimization of healthcare payer solutions, the full-time Healthcare Payer Product Consultant Lead will collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to enhance member, provider, claims, enrollment, and billing operations while managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to analyze complex payer business processes and translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements
- Design and optimize Facets-based payer solutions, managing integrations, data models, and business workflows
- Collaborate with architects and developers to align technical solutions with business objectives and drive product initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions within healthcare payer organizations
- Strong expertise in Facets, including Membership, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider Management, and Claims
- Hands-on experience with .NET technologies and Microsoft Azure
- Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, including benefit plans and claims adjudication
- Experience leading product discovery and implementation initiatives in agile environments
