Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2 (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate audit concepts, train team members, and conduct complex audit projects
• Utilize healthcare experience to perform audit procedures and analyze claims for compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with Engineering to enhance tools and reporting, while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare
• 3-4 years of experience within the organization recommended
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience preferred
• Knowledge of claim adjustments, provider contracts, and reimbursement policies strongly preferred
