Healthcare Payment Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Healthcare Payment Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert in interpreting payer agreements and ensuring accurate payment calculations and distributions
• Collaborate with the Provider Network Operations team to develop standard operating procedures and maintain reconciliation trackers
• Oversee payment processing and validation, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring proper payment classification with the Accounting team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, health administration, public policy, or related field
• 5+ years of experience related to the business of healthcare
• 1+ year of management experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
