Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Research Analyst / Principal Analyst - Healthcare Payor.

Key Responsibilities

• Articulate insights on digital transformation in the healthcare payor industry, focusing on various relevant topics and technologies
• Engage with senior leadership teams to advise on strategic roadmaps and future initiatives related to healthcare payors
• Own and manage a payor-focused research product, including the creation of market reports and other research artifacts

Required Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 institutes with 6-9 years of experience in research, strategy, or consulting focused on healthcare payors
• Experience with Big 4 or leading healthcare/strategy consulting firms, or work with top technology industry analyst firms is preferred
• Desire to be recognized as a respected industry voice in healthcare payor strategy and digital transformation
• Strong ownership and adherence to quality and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional quantitative and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive insights from various healthcare data sources
