Healthcare Plan Design Director

Job Summary

As a client-facing consultative partner, the full-time remote Alternative Plan Design (APD) Director will translate healthcare affordability challenges into implementable plan designs, collaborating with various teams to drive business growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales and client teams on key pursuits and renewals
• Develop APD proposals that align organizational capabilities with client goals and market needs
• Support RFP solutioning and partner with Sales on pursuit strategy and competitive differentiation

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales, consulting, or client strategy roles within healthcare, with experience in Alternative Plan Design products
• Demonstrated experience designing and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort interpreting claims and ROI analyses
• Experience supporting enterprise and consultant-driven RFPs and strategic pursuits
• High degree of executive presence and credibility in client-facing settings
