Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of the policy management program, including regular policy reviews and quality standards compliance
• Serve as the primary systems administrator for the Policy Manager module of the compliance management system
• Collaborate with internal partners to edit and finalize policies and develop tracking tools for compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in healthcare compliance policy writing or analysis, or equivalent experience
• Coursework in healthcare administration, healthcare policy, or business data analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various timelines and locations
• Limited domestic travel expected
