Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Healthcare Policy Analyst will manage client engagements, analyze healthcare legislation and payment policies, and produce strategic deliverables while working remotely or from Washington, DC.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing tasks, timelines, and internal communications
- Analyze legislation and payment policies to assess their strategic and operational implications for provider clients
- Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in proposals and shaping thought leadership through external publications
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, healthcare programs, or provider organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as Medicare, value-based care, or provider strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with experience in market research and financial modeling
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior team members
- Bachelor's degree required
