Healthcare Policy Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Healthcare Policy Analyst will manage client engagements, analyze healthcare legislation and payment policies, and produce strategic deliverables while working remotely or from Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing tasks, timelines, and internal communications
• Analyze legislation and payment policies to assess their strategic and operational implications for provider clients
• Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in proposals and shaping thought leadership through external publications

Required qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, healthcare programs, or provider organizations
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as Medicare, value-based care, or provider strategy
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with experience in market research and financial modeling
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior team members
• Bachelor's degree required
