Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Healthcare Policy Consultant, the role will manage multiple client engagements, provide strategic advisory services on healthcare policy issues, and translate policy developments into actionable business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on federal and state healthcare policy, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments
• Manage client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and presenting complex analyses to senior executives
• Oversee project workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget while mentoring junior team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Health Policy, Public Health, or Healthcare Management
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or related fields
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare policy landscape, particularly Medicare and Medicaid programs
• Proven ability to translate complex policy analysis into actionable business recommendations
• Experience managing multiple projects, including budgets and timelines
