Healthcare Practice Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing operational data and workflow efficiencies, the full-time Healthcare Practice Analyst will develop reports and manage physician scheduling while supporting compliance and strategic initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational data, workflow efficiencies, and staffing utilization to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide leadership with key performance metrics and operational insights
• Manage physician scheduling, balancing provider availability with client needs and operational requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, or practice management; radiology experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; experience with healthcare technology platforms is a plus
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
