Healthcare Process Analyst

Job Summary

To support technology initiatives and enterprise operations, the remote Healthcare Process Analyst will analyze, document, and improve business processes, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to enhance efficiency and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery efforts to document current-state workflows and develop standardized process documentation
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and design future-state processes that improve operational efficiency and compliance
• Partner with Project Managers and Business Analysts to integrate process considerations into project delivery and support change management initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in process analysis or process improvement roles
• Demonstrated experience mapping and analyzing complex, cross-functional workflows
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
